Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returns, for whatever reason, must have our PRIOR APPROVAL. Prior to returning any item, contact us with a reason for the return and to receive a RA (return authorization) number for your item(s). Returned items must be identified with this RA number provided by Unipaser along with a copy of our original invoice or our packing slip.
Returned goods that are considered stock items and are not damaged, or short on our receipt are subject to a 20% restock fee, and a minimum restock fee of $5.00, whichever is the larger. We accept returns on special order items only when returned in their original, unopened packaging and in an undamaged condition.
We accept NO returns on electrical items, Specials, and Literature. Returned goods must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
Returned goods must be sent with shipping charges prepaid by the customer and by a carrier that issues a tracking number. If, whether due by inadequate packaging, inadequate return insurance, or by carrier causes, the return item is damaged, shorted, or lost in return transit, the customer shall be at risk for the full value of the item. UNIPASER MAY, AT OUR DISCRETION, ASSIST THE CUSTOMER TO SECURE REIMBURSEMENT ON LOST, DAMAGED, AND/OR SHORTED RETURN ITEMS ONLY WHEN PROPERLY PACKAGED AND INSURED FOR RETURN SHIPMENT BY THE CUSTOMER.
Special Orders
Non-stocked, special order items are ineligible for returns. All special order items must be made in writing and authorized prior to fulfillment. Special order items must be paid in advance, whether shipped or picked up by the customer.
Damage Claims
