If a standard stock item is indicated as backordered, either on the invoice, or on the packing slip, every attempt will be made to inform the customer of the anticipated delivery date.  When available, the backordered item will be forwarded at no extra shipping expense for the customer to the original 48 continental US states. 

It is the customers’ responsibility to inform us within 7 days of receipt of an order of a cancellation on any backordered item should (s)he decide not to have the item delivered when available.  For delivery to areas outside the 48 continental US states please inquire.
